The animals are killed locally and butchered by a highly experienced butcher.

The beef is left to hang for two weeks before being jointed and vacuum packed. This ensures the beef is tender.

Beef Packs
£6.00 per kilo
On average the weight of beef packs range between 28 to 35 kilos
Packs contain, mince, stewing meat, Steak in Rib, Sirloin, Fillet.
Joints for Roasting ,Topside, Silverside, Rib.
Brisket & pot roasting joints
Thick Rib and Chuck Steak for casseroles.
Liver and Kidney can be included if requested. .


Pork Packs
£6.00 per kilo
On average consist of 4 pork joints 3 to 4lb in weight.
10lb sausage
Pigs Fry
cost approximately £65.00

Pork Joints include leg, shoulder, loin, belly pork, chops.
Pigs Fry may be requested.
All the pork is boned and rolled into joints or cut ready for use.

Lincolnshire Sausage
Sausages are sold by the lb.
6 sausage for 1lb cost £2.00 Lincolnshire Recipe.

Bacon & Ham joints available

Lamb
Full or Half Lamb, ordering essential

If you require a certain cut of meat please discuss with us at the time of ordering.

Frozen meat may be available immediately, If Fresh meat is required this must be ordered.
