The animals are killed locally and butchered by a highly experienced
butcher.
The beef is left to hang for two weeks before being jointed and
vacuum packed. This ensures the beef is tender.

Joints for Roasting ,Topside, Silverside, Rib.
Brisket & pot roasting joints
Thick Rib and Chuck Steak for casseroles.
Liver and Kidney can be included if requested. .
